|Items with gold and platinum decoration must be washed and cannot be used in a microwave oven.|
|When storing the plates take care not to scratch the plates by sliding plates when placing on top of each other.|
|Do not put overly heavy items on top of porcelain.|
|Exclude items with damaged undersides from the surface.|
|Pay attention to damaged chipped items as this risks injury because of sharp edges.|

With constant use, the glaze on the surface can be visibly damaged through metal marking caused by cutlery.
The feet can become dirty because of metal debris due to poor storage and incorrect stacking of plates. In such cases, Manifattura di Venezia suggests the use of Etolit®, a product to remove metal marking.
|Spray Etolit® product directly on the marked surface, rub with a sponge, rinse off with clean water and dry with care.|
|Please note, you can only use Etolit® by hand; it cannot be used in a dishwasher.|
